Terms of service
Last updated November 5, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Mills Creative Marketing ("we", "us"), the operator of Mills Super Mail ("the service"), including the website, the web app, and the Mac and iPhone apps. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Mills Super Mail is an email app for Gmail and Google Workspace accounts. It shows, sends and organizes your email through Google's Gmail API and adds features such as read receipts, link tracking, alerts, scheduled sending, reminders and templates. Your email account itself remains with Google and is also governed by Google's terms.
The service is in early access. Features may change, and there may be interruptions while we improve it.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the European Economic Area and the UK) and able to agree to these terms.
- You may only connect email accounts you own or are authorized to use.
- You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping your devices and Google accounts secure.
Free trial, plans and billing
- New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No payment details are needed to start it.
- After the trial, continued use needs a paid plan. Prices are shown on our website before you pay and are in US dollars.
- Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel any time in Settings in the web or Mac app; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- Payments are processed by Stripe under its terms. The iPhone app does not sell plans.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable. If something went wrong, contact us and we will look at it fairly.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. A new price applies from your next renewal after the notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- send spam, unsolicited bulk email, phishing or malware, or break anti-spam laws such as CAN-SPAM, CASL or GDPR;
- harass, threaten or deceive anyone, or impersonate another person;
- track people in a way that breaks the law where you or they live, or misuse what read receipts tell you;
- break Google's or Apple's policies, or try to break, overload, reverse engineer or get unauthorized access to the service.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Read receipts and alerts
Read receipts work by detecting when an email's images are loaded or a link is clicked. They are useful signals, not proof that someone read your email. Some mail apps load images automatically (for example Apple Mail's privacy protection and company security scanners), and some people block images, so opens can be missed or reported when nobody looked. We mark opens we believe were automatic, but we cannot guarantee accuracy. Alerts depend on Apple, Google and other notification services and may be delayed or missed.
Your content
Your email and anything you create in the service belong to you. You give us permission to process them only as needed to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may close an account that breaks these terms or stays unpaid after the trial, with notice where reasonable. When an account is deleted we delete the data we hold for it as described in the privacy policy.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that email will always be delivered, scheduled sends will go out at an exact time, or read receipts and alerts will be accurate. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or business, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if you have not paid us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts in Orange County, Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
